the stigmatization of the afd has more to do with the total dominance of left-liberal tyranny in germany than with a conservative resurgance here. perhaps its different in the strongholds in the east but here in freiburg its no contest. even the most conservative christians fear to support the afd because of the social stigma attached.
could be, i mean they are polling well but given that the cdu the main conservative party has totally sold out of late, merkel was a cdu member, and given the fact germany is by culture a conservative country, afd should be cleaning up, also they were the only party that opposed the covid nonsense, and still, germany are afraid to even consider them unless they have totally broken with the mainstream.
